Established in 2003 and incorporated in 2006, the business has been involved in a wide range of cases involving amongst others different types of fraud, theft and asset misappropriation, professional misconduct, civil litigation, dispute resolution, breaches of the Biosecurity Act and corporate espionage / data leakage and (debt) negotiation and advocacy work. Involvement has led to successful claims, prosecutions and mostly resolutions outside the court. Some of the cases you may have read about are R v Samantha Stevens (aka Edwards) who ended up being convicted for well over 90 charges of fraud, Sojourner v Robb, a reported case for which we did the initial leg work, R v Michael Devine, who ended up being convicted for amongst others theft, AHB v Michael Devine leading to conviction for breaches of the Biosecurity Act, AHB v Stuart Moir which lead to conviction for breaches of the Biosecurity Act.
